>November 24th and 25th witnessed the perfect ending of the 2019 First-Phase “Star Youth” Final Interview organized by Zhejiang Hailiang Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as Hailiang Stock). Senior executives of Hailiang Stock interviewed graduates from University of Science & Technology Beijing, Central South University, >Northeastern University, Jiangxi University of Science and Technology, Kunming University of Science and Technology and other institutions of higher learning, with dozens of them being selected.

In order to realize the great vision of becoming an international giant of non-ferrous materials smart manufacturing, the company has long been dedicating itself to talents cultivating and introducing, paving a solid talent base for Hailiang's rapid development. Based on this concept while keeping on mind the 2025 strategic plan of the company, the “Star Youth” program is specially established to introduce and cultivate the company's future middle and senior managers / professional technicians.
>Based on the principle of “two-way choice and best candidate admission”, Hailiang Stock signed cooperation agreements with the above five universities. Graduates and students majoring in Materials who haven’t completed their undergraduate program yet exhibit good performance were selected by Hailiang Stock as candidates of the joint training program. The optimal resources are gathered and high starting point, high standards, high specifications, high requirements, high efficiency and customized training programs are established to ensure the rapid integration and growth of excellent "Star Youth" candidates.

>This final interview targets the first-phase "Star Youth" candidates selected in 2019. During the interview, Hailiang Stock organized the participants to visit the company's headquarters, the production departments of copper pipe, coil and pipe fittings of the Copper Pipe Division of Zhejiang Base, and the production workshops of Hailiang New Materials Company and Hailiang Keyu Company. When visiting the headquarters, Gang Jin, Director of the Human Resources Center, gave a detailed introduction to the company's basic situation and development strategy.
>Through this visit, the students not only felt the integrity, stability, pragmatism, high-efficiency and excellence of Hailiang Stock's corporate culture, but also personally understood Hailiang Stock's deep-rooted achievements in the field of non-ferrous smart manufacturing. Such experience offered them a more comprehensive understanding to Hailiang’s career development platform.
