On February 8th, Hailiang held the operation liability contract signing conference of 2021, Zhu Zhangquan, president and general manager of Hailiang, Wang Sheng, deputy general manager of Hailiang, and responsible persons of each profit center of Hailiang attended this contract signing conference, and responsible persons of other provinces participated in the contract signing conference through video link.

Zhu Zhangquan represented Hailiang to sign operation objective liability letter with the responsible persons of non productive profit center and productive profit center, and further specified the indicator tasks of 2021, aiming at stimulating the enterprise operation vitality, improving market competitiveness and guaranteeing the smooth completion of various work objectives of 2021.

Through the breakdown and implementation of this objective liability, each unit gets clearer of the liabilities in 2021, a solid foundation has been laid for Hailiang to keep on improving innovation management capability and improving market competitiveness and sustainable development capability.

At the end of the contract signing ceremony, Zhu Zhangquan concluded the operation conditions of Hailiang in 2020, and made important interpretation for the future development planning of the company. He pointed out that the past 2020 was a difficult year, but the company has withstood the test of the society and the industry with the diligent work and efforts of all Hailiang personnel, and a new stage of Hailiang will be coming soon. He emphasized that, at such a special period full of changes, it was not easy to make some achievements; though the epidemic still exists, our objective permits no lag; all the Hailiang personnel should keep on pursuing excellence and having self-challenge, forging ahead regardless of hardship, to achieve the grand vision of Hailiang and lead the ecology construction of the industry.
