On May 17^th, Guangdong Hailiang Copper Industry Co., Ltd., Taishan Base of Hailiang Co., Ltd. held the official commencement ceremony of the fourth-line copper pipe construction project. Lou Xianqi, general manager of Guangdong Hailiang, Ji Jiankun, vice general manager in sales, Ling Jinbang, general manager assistant, heads of various departments; project team members attended this ceremony, with more than 20 people in total.

Guangdong Hailiang set up a project team under construction on March 7^th, 2022, and began to prepare for the fourth-line construction project. The project started to enter the bidding process on March 16^th, and the project team and the construction party conducted the first project meeting on May 11^st.

The project is built in the original No. 2 workshop of Guangdong Hailiang Copper Industry Co., Ltd., covering an area of 10,600 square meters. After completion, it will have an annual production capacity of 40,000 tons of high-efficiency, energy-saving, environmental-friendly and precision copper tubes. The project integrates the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) with the RFID intelligent identification system, KIVA intelligent car and intelligent driving, etc., and upgrades it into a new manufacturing management mode with automatic, informationalized and high efficiency, so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving, consumption reduction and environmental protection. At the same time, the new line construction makes full use of the innovative R&D process and equipment achievements that Hailiang has accumulated in recent years to greatly improve production efficiency, increase production line capacity, strengthen quality stability, and comprehensively enhance the low-carbon and intelligent manufacturing capability of precision copper tubes. While creating huge economic benefits for the company, it also brings significant social benefits.
