He joined Hailiang in July 2002 and is now a R&D engineer in Zhejiang Regional Operation Management Department of Zhejiang Hailiang Co., Ltd. He has been rooted in the production R&D line for 20 years, and has developed strong technical skills, and has accumulated more than 30 national utility model patents and 4 invention patents, and his leading development of the "vertical mold R shaping process" was awarded the "Advanced Professional Practice of Zhejiang Province" in 2018. And he has won the "Shaoxing Top Ten Outstanding Workers", "Shaoxing May Day Labor Medal", "Shaoxing Craftsman", "Zhuji City Excellent Communist Party Member" and many other honors.
