Recently, Hailiang Co., Ltd. Chongqing base was identified as a “green factory” in the 2022 national green manufacturing list announced by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.

Since Hailiang Chongqing base settled in Luohuang Industrial Park, it has invested in the construction of about 18 million yuan of photovoltaic power generation projects, reducing carbon emissions by more than 2,000 tons. In the meanwhile, the production workshops has been continuously upgraded, and a 7.2-ton gas annealing furnace has been added, eliminating the energy-consuming electric heating furnace, which has greatly saved the use of electricity and standard coal.

In addition, through the three-level process discipline inspection and the promotion of blue-collar ecological engineering, a high-quality talent team has been created, so that the product yield rate exceeds 90%, and at the same time reduces production energy consumption, resulting in energy-saving benefits of millions of yuan.
