   Recently, Anhui base of Hailiang Group held a commendation conference to summarize the achievements of the "5S Production Management" phase.

    In early July, Anhui Hailiang began implementing 5S management, focusing on the details of work and conducting comprehensive reorganization of production sites and daily operations. As a key initiative, Anhui Hailiang formulated the Regulations on Assessment System for 5S Production Site Management, establishing standardized requirements and synchronizing periodic promotion plans and corrective action timelines.

      Through continuous efforts, the production environment at the Anhui base has significantly improved, becoming clean, organized, and well-structured.

    Chen Lei, deputy general manager of Anhui Hailiang, emphasized that workplace management is the fundamental competency of the company, a direct reflection of the management level, and a brand representation of Hailiang Group. Anhui Hailiang will steadfastly implement 5S management for the long term, winning this all-encompassing battle!
