     In celebration of the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Chinese People's Liberation Army, and to promote the fine tradition of patriotism and support for the military and foster a strong atmosphere of respect and care for retired military personnel, Anhui Hailiang recently held a symposium for retired military personnel. The deputy general manager of Anhui Hailiang, Chen Lei, presided over the meeting.

     Chen Lei extended his festive greetings and blessings to the retired military personnel, expressing heartfelt gratitude for their years of dedication and contributions to the company.

    He noted that although they may belong to different departments and work sections, the shared dedication to Hailiang's mission unites them. He encouraged everyone to provide suggestions for the future development of Anhui base, to contribute their insights, and to progress together. Moreover, if any employee's family encounters difficulties, they can apply to the base for assistance. Anhui Hailiang will make every effort to support each member, promote the culture of supporting the military, and uphold the spirit of Hailiang.

Unwavering Dedication

    Recalling the past and envisioning the future, the retired military personnel eagerly shared their thoughts on work and life, expressing their determination to maintain their true selves and make meaningful contributions. The atmosphere was enthusiastic and lively.

    Xu Wenjie, a third-level blue-collar worker from the Plate Drawing section, was inspired by everyone's enthusiasm and set a goal to rank in the top three for monthly performance. Several other retired military personnel also offered suggestions for the company's development from their own perspectives.

  They all pledged to uphold the excellent traditions and ethos of the military: not fearing sacrifice, embracing hardship, and dedicating themselves wholeheartedly. They emphasized their commitment to continuous learning, skill improvement, and driving the high-quality development of Anhui Hailiang with a strong sense of responsibility.
