   Recently, in order to strengthen the digital construction of collaborative office management tools and improve employee work efficiency, Anhui base of Hailiang organized an advanced training conference for Lark functions. Wang Tianlong, from the Anhui Hailiang Comprehensive Management Department, presided over the meeting.

    Wang Tianlong provided detailed explanations of the in-depth functionality applications of Lark's Cloud Documents, Video Conferencing, Tasks, and Dictionary sections.

      In the Video Conferencing section, the highlight of the "Smart Notes" feature is that it allows voice from audio and video files to be directly transcribed into intelligent text notes with convenient searchability, emphasized key points, and diverse interactions, whether it's an online or offline meeting. This assists meeting recorders in efficiently organizing meeting minutes and helps participants promptly grasp key meeting information, significantly enhancing post-meeting work efficiency.

    Following the training, Anhui base of Hailiang will continue to conduct employee Lark activity assessments to consistently enhance team collaboration capabilities, striving to promote new developments in the company's digital collaborative office practices!
