Recently, Department of Industry and Information Technology of Gansu Province officially released the “2023 Green Manufacturing System List”; Gansu Hailiang New Energy Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Hailiang New Energy Materials”) has been selected as a provincial “Green Factory” for the year 2023.

A “Green Factory” is characterized by its commitment to minimizing resource consumption, pollutant production, and emissions throughout the entire process, from raw material input to product recycling. These factories are production units in the manufacturing industry and serve as the primary implementers of green manufacturing, playing a pivotal role in the green manufacturing system. They emphasize environmentally friendly, low-carbon, and sustainable development in the production process.

The path to the advanced development of “Made in China” heavily relies on the deepening of green manufacturing. Hailiang New Energy Materials proactively responds to the national “carbon peaking and carbon neutrality” strategy and upholds the development principle that “to manufacture environmentally friendly products, a commitment to green factory construction is imperative.” It continuously promotes green and low-carbon development by employing cutting-edge technologies such as digital twins, photovoltaics, and green energy. Through the establishment of an “Intelligent R&D System + Energy Control + Lean Management” system, Hailiang New Energy Materials achieves energy savings and emissions reduction across the entire equipment control, production layout, resource allocation, and internal management process.
