On the morning of September 19th at 7:00 AM, the Hailiang Anhui workshop was already buzzing with activity.

“The large spooler test is complete!”

After 24 hours of feeding and testing, with the completion of the last coil on the large spooler, Anhui Hailiang's Intelligent Three Lines achieved full process connectivity!

At 8:18 AM, as the second hand reached its highest point, the inauguration ceremony for the commencement of production of Anhui Hailiang’s Intelligent Three Lines Project officially began! The Hailiang’s Technology Center, the Anhui Base management team, and the doctoral research team participated in the ceremony.

On May 9th, the Anhui Hailiang's Intelligent Three Lines project officially commenced. Faced with a complex engineering project, the Anhui Base project team, with the support of various departments including Technology Center, carefully arranged construction plans, personnel allocation, formulated construction plans, communicated construction details, and promoted the rapid and orderly progress of the project.

Despite a 25-day work stoppage in June due to severe convective weather, Anhui Hailiang continued to work tirelessly, overcame numerous challenges, and achieved the goal of starting production in September.

Following a commitment to continuous improvement and top-quality construction, the Anhui base project team maintained strict control over each construction and installation point. They conducted thorough assessments of construction quality and installation precision to guarantee that the equipment met quality, production efficiency, and production cost control standards upon commencement. This meticulous, organized, and efficient work ethic led to a successful initial trial production of all processes.

From May to September, in 130 days, these builders braved high temperatures, fearlessly forged new paths, and reached new heights.
