As Hailiang Group continues its rapid business growth and international expansion, digital transformation has become a core strategy to accelerate the enhancement of global competitiveness. 

The kickoff meetings were held separately at the Berlin and Menden bases.

The SAP project of Hailiang Corporation's European subsidiary is a vital component of Hailiang's digital transformation strategy. It will integrate with the domestic global template V1.0 team's core members and, considering local requirements, continually optimize Hailiang Corporation's ERP global template, promoting a comprehensive upgrade of the company's global governance and digital management platform.

Liu Jie, CIO of Hailiang, and the ERP leader of Hailiang, emphasized that the European SAP project is a crucial element supporting future business growth and development. Despite challenges, with a steadfast team, success is certain, and obstacles can be overcome to achieve the set goals.

They pledged active cooperation in the digital transformation work, ensuring a smooth project landing.

Dr. Song Xiao, Acting President of Hailiang's European Headquarters, acknowledged that the project implementation would face various challenges. He emphasized the need for close cooperation between the Chinese and German teams, achieving mutual success in a win-win development.

Dr. He Wentian, Co-President of Hailiang Group, expressed confidence in the high expectations placed on Hailiang's European SAP project by the headquarters. He believed that, with the collaborative efforts of various teams, the European SAP project would undoubtedly live up to the trust and support of the group.
