和记娱乐:Low-Temperature Denitration Catalyst

Our company has developed low-temperature denitration catalysts for use in low-temperature environments in industries such as coking and steel. Through specific element doping and modification, the catalyst's resistance to sulfur poisoning at low temperatures is improved by 30%. It exhibits excellent denitration activity above 200°C. We currently offer low-temperature denitration catalysts in 22-hole, 25-hole, 30-hole, and 35-hole models, with some projects achieving continuous operation at temperatures as low as 180°C.

Medium-Low Temperature Denitration Catalyst

Our company has developed medium-low temperature denitration catalysts for use in medium-low temperature environments in industries such as sintering (pelletizing). We currently offer medium-low temperature denitration catalysts in 22-hole, 25-hole, 30-hole, and 35-hole models. Among domestic catalysts, our company is one of the first to successfully apply medium-low temperature catalysts in the sintering machine denitration industry.

Medium-Temperature Conventional Denitration Catalyst

Our medium-temperature conventional denitration catalysts are fully formed and have catalytic activity throughout. They feature small size, high surface area, high activity, good selectivity, low ammonia slip, and strong resistance to poisoning. The front end of the catalytic device uses a single hardening technology, with relatively thick walls, providing unique advantages in resistance to erosion and wear. Our products are used to purify nitrogen oxides and other harmful substances in coal-fired flue gas, effectively reducing smog. They are particularly well-suited for denitration of flue gas from high-ash, high-calcium, and high-sulfur coals in China.

To address the special conditions of high calcium and alkali metal content, small particle size, and high viscosity of dust in cement kiln flue gas, our company has developed 13-hole medium-temperature and low-temperature denitration catalysts.

Our medium-temperature porous catalysts feature large surface area, high activity, and high denitration efficiency. The SCR reactor has a small cross-sectional area, fewer layers, and lower catalyst usage, resulting in low initial investment costs. They are mainly used for denitration projects involving gas or low-dust exhaust gases.
