Low-Temperature Denitration Catalyst

Our company has developed low-temperature denitration catalysts for use in low-temperature environments in industries such as coking and steel. Through specific element doping and modification, the catalyst's resistance to sulfur poisoning at low temperatures is improved by 30%. It exhibits excellent denitration activity above 200°C. We currently offer low-temperature denitration catalysts in 22-hole, 25-hole, 30-hole, and 35-hole models, with some projects achieving continuous operation at temperatures as low as 180°C.

Our company has developed medium-low temperature denitration catalysts for use in medium-low temperature environments in industries such as sintering (pelletizing). We currently offer medium-low temperature denitration catalysts in 22-hole, 25-hole, 30-hole, and 35-hole models. Among domestic catalysts, our company is one of the first to successfully apply medium-low temperature catalysts in the sintering machine denitration industry.

The SCR reactor has a small cross-sectional area, fewer layers, and lower catalyst usage, resulting in low initial investment costs. They are mainly used for denitration projects involving gas or low-dust exhaust gases.
