Water Pipes and Pipe Fittings

Hailiang's copper water pipes are widely used in cold and hot water supply systems for key real estate projects and star-rated hotels. In 2019, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and the State Administration for Market Regulation jointly issued the national standard "Green Building Evaluation Standard" (GB/T 50378-2019), requiring indoor water supply systems to use copper or stainless steel pipes. Copper pipes are environmentally friendly, antibacterial, pressure-resistant, temperature-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and beneficial to health. Plastic-coated copper pipes can resist chemical and corrosive liquids, extending the service life of the pipes. The outer polyethylene layer increases the wear resistance of the pipes, reducing damage caused by friction. The special groove design helps trap air to form an insulating layer, effectively preventing condensation, making it suitable for both cold and hot water pipes.

Gas Pipes

Plastic-coated copper pipes are composite pipes made of seamless copper tubes coated with wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant polyethylene plastic. These pipes are widely used in various pipeline projects, including indoor cold and hot water pipes, buried and wall-embedded pipes, and pipes used in corrosive environments. They are also suitable for transporting gas or other gases.

Hailiang Keyu provides high-quality and stable cast brass ingots to international bathroom brands such as Kohler (USA) and Hansgrohe (Germany). Customers use these ingots to produce faucets through remelting and casting processes, followed by grinding, polishing, and electroplating to create the final product. Due to the excellent polishability and fluidity of the brass ingots, the produced faucets have a bright surface, high yield, and long service life, making them the preferred raw material for high-end bathroom brands. With increasing health awareness, Hailiang Keyu produces low-lead bismuth brass ingots and arsenic-containing DZR brass ingots that meet export standards, aligning with the future trend of low-lead and health-conscious bathroom products.
